Gather is a 2,000 sq ft boutique baby shower venue (indoor + patio) at 1347 Locust St in downtown Walnut Creek. The space hosts up to 50 guests and is available for 4 or 6 hour rentals. Venue minimums are set by day of the week: $400 Monday through Thursday, $1,500 Friday and Sunday, $2,000 Saturday. Hourly rates are all-in: $120/hr Monday through Thursday, $180/hr Friday, $240/hr Sunday, $300/hr Saturday, with floor-length linens, tables, chairs, an on-site venue manager, and end-of-night cleaning included, and no service fee on the rental.
Sage and terracotta? Pink and gold? Whatever the moodboard says, Gather works. Neutral walls, warm wood floors, and big windows mean your decor and palette are the show — not the room.

Venue rental is priced all-in: $120/hr Monday through Thursday, $180/hr Friday, $240/hr Sunday, $300/hr Saturday, including tables, chairs, floor-length linens, an on-site venue manager, and end-of-night cleaning and dumping. Day-of-week minimums apply to your whole event total: $400 Monday through Thursday, $1,500 Friday and Sunday, $2,000 Saturday. A 20% service fee applies to eligible venue-supplied add-ons, including food, beverages, decor, and rentals. It does not apply to venue rental, separately priced staffing, photography, videography, content creation, or planning. Sales tax applies.
