Parties of 40+ guests include a second venue coordinator ($195 fee). All events with food or beverage are subject to a $250 cleaning and dumping fee. Sales tax applies. Day-of-week minimums apply to the whole ticket, so a Saturday event whose rental and add-ons total $1,400 would be brought up to the $2,000 floor.
