“Gather is a beautiful venue, and we hosted my daughter’s first birthday party there, and it was PERFECT!!! The staff are VERY kind, responsive, and helpful! I worked with their prior event manager, Lissi, and she was AMAZING!!! You do not have to chase them for answers or responses - they respond back in a very timely fashion and are very clear with event related details. They’re also very accommodating! I will most certainly host another event there, if the opportunity arises! Thank you Gather for everything!!! :)”

“This space was perfect for my wife’s 40th birthday! I loved Lissi she was amazing the whole time she took on all the heavy lifting and I was so pleased! We used the suggested catering and the food was amazing all of the guest raved about the food and how fresh it was. My wife has celiac and they had so many good options for gluten free! (If you know you know GF isn’t always the best but this was great! Normally she has limited options but there was so much to choose from) the space was great for our smallish group of 20 but could easily accommodate more comfortably. I chose a more simple layout and decor but there was a lot of options to choose from. I loved that all the set up and take down was done for me and it was stress free! I would definitely use again!!”

David was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the planning process. He was very accommodating, allowing multiple visits with my mom to ensure everything was perfect. His kindness and willingness to assist were truly appreciated. On the day of the event, David and his staff were outstanding, providing tremendous help and easing the burden on my mom with setup. Everyone loved the venue, praising its beauty and prime location with plenty of nearby activities. The parking was also convenient. “What a pleasure to work with Lissy yesterday at Gather Walnut Creek! We hosted a corporate event and the space suited us perfectly. Parking is easily accessible as there is street parking available for early arrivals and a parking lot walking distance from the venue. Highly suggest that you visit the space for yourself, the photos don't due enough justice, as the inside is roomy, aesthetically pleasing, and very well lit. Lissy made the process a breeze. Constantly offering help, I can't count how many times myself or one of my team members was working on a task and she stepped in to offer assistance, or asked how she can make things easier for us. They include sound system, and have rental options for a projector or TV. We will be using this space for future gatherings. Pricing to rent the space is extremely fair, and they offer add-ons that really elevate the experience. I hope everyone has an opportunity to work with this amazing team in such a lovely space. I would recommend this to anyone, for professional and personal use.”
