Gather Walnut Creek hosts micro-weddings (up to 50 guests), bridal and baby showers, adult and kids' birthday parties, corporate events and off-sites, and photo and video shoots ($95/hr). All in 2,000 sq ft of soaring-ceilinged indoor space plus a private outdoor patio in downtown Walnut Creek. Event rental is priced all-in by the hour: $120/hr Monday through Thursday, $180/hr Friday, $240/hr Sunday, $300/hr Saturday, including tables, chairs, floor-length linens, an on-site venue manager, and end-of-night cleaning. Venue minimums are set by day of the week: $400 Monday through Thursday, $1,500 Friday and Sunday, $2,000 Saturday. A 20% service fee applies to the venue-supplied services and rentals you add on, not to the rental itself.
